4. Investors who have invested more than 100 thousand US dollars in the economy of Ukraine.

Procedure for obtaining a residence permit
- For a temporary permit:
1. Reason for stay: contract with an employer, certificate from the university, etc.
2. Package of documents:
- passport (with translation into Ukrainian);
- a document confirming the reason for obtaining a permit;
- insurance policy;
- receipt for payment of state duty.
3. Submission of an application to the State Migration Service (SMS) at the place of registration.
4. Obtaining a permit - up to 15 working days.
- For a permanent residence permit:
1. Obtaining an immigration permit (consideration up to 1 year).
2. Collection of documents:
- passport with translation;
- document confirming the basis for residence;
- medical certificate of absence of infectious diseases;
- certificate of no criminal record.
3. Submitting an application to the State Migration Service.
4. Obtaining a permit - up to 15 days after approval of the immigration permit.
